Fortunately, there are remedies for makeup stains to easily disappear without leaving traces or marks on both your white and colored garments.
How to clean makeup stains on your clothes
Like almost any type of stain, it is essential that we act promptly to have a better chance of cleaning the stain in its entirety. The most effective in case of recent stains is to try to remove the excess makeup with a wet wipe and then apply a little dishwasher on the stained area before washing it with the rest of the clothes.
If the stain is already dry or has been on the garment for hours or days, you can follow these steps :
For cotton, linen, or any acrylic, polyester, or nylon fabric we can initially use a fine bristle brush, taking care not to aggravate the stain by spreading it further.
Always brush gently to avoid damaging the fabric.

If we have a dry cleaning product, we can cover the stain with a cloth moistened with this product.
In the event that we do not have this product, we can immerse the garment in a container with warm water and half a glass of white vinegar. Then we can hand wash the garment with liquid detergent and let it dry. If the stain has not completely disappeared, we will wash it with the rest of the laundry.
